However, vendors are reminded that any complaints to this decision must be submitted to the Evaluation Committee within ten (10) days after the issuance of this notice. the complaint must be in writing, with detail nature of the complaint.
The successful vendor is instructed not to begin work, purchase materials or enter into subcontracts relating to the project until both parties sign the contract.
